Who we are

Maison Gowoon is an online store curating authentic Korean hair and skin care, chosen one by one in Seoul and delivered across the European Union and the United Kingdom. Full company details are in our Legal notice and Contact information.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Every order is confirmed by e-mail. In the rare case of a pricing or stock error, we'll contact you before shipping — you choose: confirm at the correct conditions, or cancel with a full and immediate refund.

Prices & taxes

Prices are shown in EUR (or GBP for the UK) and include applicable VAT within the thresholds described in our Shipping policy — what you see at checkout is what you pay. No surprise fees at your door.

Delivery

Orders ship from Seoul with tracking, normally arriving in 5–10 business days. Delivery estimates are given in good faith and aren't guaranteed dates — customs and carriers occasionally have their own plans. If your parcel seems stuck, tell us and we'll chase it.

Returns

EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened, sealed products. The full details live in our Refund policy.

Using your products safely

Cosmetics should be used as directed on the packaging. Always patch-test a new product before full use — glow is a marathon, not a sprint. Ingredient lists are provided by the brands; if you have allergies, check the official list on the product itself before use. Our product descriptions are curation and education, never medical advice.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — texts, images, branding, the Maison Gowoon name and logo — belongs to Maison Gowoon or its licensors. The brands we curate and their trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under EU or UK law, or our liability where it cannot legally be limited.
