To fulfil and deliver your orders, send order updates and tracking, provide support, send our newsletter (only if you opted in — unsubscribe anytime, one click), and understand how to make the store better.
Who we share it with
Only who needs it to serve you:
- Shopify — the platform this store runs on;
- Our fulfilment partner in South Korea — your name and address, so your order can ship;
- Payment providers — they process your payment; we never see your card details;
- Analytics providers — anonymous data, only with your consent.
We never sell your data. To anyone. Ever.

At any time, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, and you can object to or restrict how we process it. One message through our contact page is all it takes. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

How long we keep it
Order data stays as long as legal, tax and warranty obligations require. Newsletter data stays until you unsubscribe. Data we no longer need is deleted.
