The European Union and the United Kingdom. A small number of destinations are temporarily unavailable through our shipping partner, so availability for your address is always confirmed at checkout, before you pay.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive in 6 to 12 business days, always with tracking. A small number of destinations can run to 14 business days.
Minimum order
Orders start at €19.90. Every parcel travels from Seoul with tracking, and below that value the journey costs more than the order itself. Two items usually get you there.
What it costs
Standard shipping is €12.90 to Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain and the United Kingdom. The Netherlands and Sweden are €19.90. The remaining European Union destinations are served only by our carrier's premium network, at €24.90. Your exact rate is always shown at checkout, before you pay. Free shipping on every order over €99. We price and charge in euros, including for the United Kingdom.
Customs and import taxes
Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden: import charges are prepaid by us, nothing to pay on delivery.
Everywhere else in the EU and the UK: your parcel travels with import duties unpaid. Import VAT, and in some countries a small handling fee, is collected by the carrier at delivery. The amount depends on your country and the value of your order. We would rather say this plainly than let a courier surprise you.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as your order leaves Seoul.
