Bought something that isn't right for you? No drama — here's exactly how returns work at Maison Gowoon.
Your 14 days, guaranteed
Under EU and UK consumer law, you have 14 days after delivery to change your mind — no reason needed. To be eligible, products must be unopened, sealed and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened or used cosmetics — your skin deserves products no one else has touched, and so does everyone else's.
How to start a return
- Reply to your order confirmation e-mail (or use our contact page) with your order number.
- We'll confirm the return address and next steps within 1 business day.
- Ship it back — return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping — and you don't need to send the damaged item back.
When you get your money back
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days.
This policy doesn't limit your statutory rights as an EU or UK consumer.
