Every order travels straight from Seoul to your door — tracked from the moment it leaves the lab district. Here's how it works.
Where we ship
The entire European Union and the United Kingdom. (Switzerland and Norway — not yet, but we hear you.)
How long it takes
Your order is picked and shipped from Seoul within 1–2 business days, and arrives in 5–10 business days — always with tracking, always fresh stock.
What it costs
- European Union: free shipping on orders over €99 · otherwise €5.90–€7.90;
- United Kingdom: free shipping on orders over £85 · otherwise £5.90.
Customs & taxes — zero surprises
EU orders up to €150: all VAT is collected at checkout (IOSS scheme). Nothing extra to pay at delivery — the courier will never ring your bell asking for money.
UK orders up to £135: UK VAT is included at checkout the same way.
Tracking
You'll receive your tracking link by e-mail as soon as your order leaves Seoul. From there you can follow it across the world — a small ritual we fully endorse.
If something goes sideways
Parcel stuck, delayed or lost? Contact us and we take over — we chase the carrier for you, and if a parcel is confirmed lost, we reship or refund in full. If your address was entered incorrectly, tell us as fast as possible; we can usually fix it before dispatch.
